Hurt his hand beating up Staal. Hasn't been the same player since.KapG wroteCOLONHe will get a shot somewhere.
What ever happened to him? It's like he fell off the face of the earth which is crazy for someone as skilled as him.

Semin cleared while BBKL forums were down. Is now reportedly looking for a KHL team.Shep wroteCOLONI'm sure somebody will claim him. He's cheap in general, let alone for somebody that has the skill that he has.

A team did take a 1.1 million dollar chance on him. Didn't work out obviouslyShep wroteCOLONWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.kyuss wroteCOLONSemin cleared while BBKL forums were down. I actually am shocked he cleared. Despite all the negativity around him (and my obvious bias towards him), for $1.1 million I couldn't believe a team didn't take the chance on him.
What a sad, but good read. I remember watching O'Sullivan play at the 2002 World Juniors in Halifax. He was often the best player on the ice for the Americans. However he would completely lose his mind over small things; like not getting the puck deep enough or missing a check, etc... It's really sad what child abuse can do to a mental state of someone as they get older.Mike wroteCOLONhttp://www.theplayerstribune.com/patric ... nhl-abuse/
Patrick O'Sullivan Players' Tribune article. Tough read, detailing his incredibly abusive childhood.
