yes, the transition from trading to trolling will need to be a smooth one for whoever we select.

That very smooth transition is what i demonstrate on a daily basis to set good example of what a good bbkl gm shud be doing.

just going to throw it out there... but this doesn't help. We don't need members feeling like they should defend their inactivity because of something in their (personal) life. I have a desk job and live in areas with good enough signal for LTE/iPad use, that's not true for everyone. After work when on a desktop is how often some members will be on (sometimes), that is okay - and isn't the measure for how good a fit a GM is.

Moving on, COL is an important team for us as a contender in the West, we'll make sure we get someone coming in with a steady hand and the appropriate buddy from the eastern conference.
