The only reason he wasn't dumped last year was because we had no one to spend the money on, with the additions of a few bottom pairing forwards (via UFA), and a potential Kaberle deal that money will be utilized, henc Finger will be waived. This isn't new, Burke has mentioned it on several occasions.

If you actually read the conversation like MSP instead of spouting off like you normally do, you'd understand what went on with the trade.

When Finger actually plays, he's a very adequate H2H defender. Look at his stats for only 40 games. Not too bad defensively for this league.

Now I'm not saying Finger will or will not be in the minors, or that his contract is worth it.

In fact, I don't know what I am saying .. other than when Finger is in the lineup, he's a fine 5th/6th dman for this league.

The rule will be applied going forward, but there isn't much we can do to prevent Keiza at this point, the damage has been done so to speak, all we can do is learn from this and take preventative measures to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.

im aware of everything that needs to be aware of regarding that trade dude.

my point is you're completely disregarding the 2 week freeze even after the controversey the last deal has created.

there is a rule. you are aware of it, but you still completely disregard it.
