BBKL has never had a team wait out all of it's young stars/top 5 picks. Teams usually trade a few/all of the ones they own before they reach ceilings. So if Anton can hold this core together, that would be a pretty big accomplishment and he would receive a sizable return for it.

yeah sort of, i held on to stepan, turris, eberle, zack smith, dwight king, justin faulk, ben smith.. not as big name as anton's but i still hold on to most of my young guys back from the start.. and actually i still hold on to the following players who i drafted and now have nhl games experience - kris foucault, toffoli, sissons, watson, lindholm, ristolainen

hong would drag his balls through a mile of broken glass using only oprah's queef as his air supply just to sniff a towel that was used to clean the sweat off my team's jock straps.

his talent was nowhere near mine

I'm going to field a lineup averaging 35 years of age. Anti-Kyle.

- not moving before playoffs and having home connection: should make it easier not to miss the right starting time of the 1st playoff roster lock lol and get the right lineup ready
- getting a top 4/5 seed: advancing through 3 rounds of Shep, Hong and Steve (just to make an example) is unlikely cause you would need to avoid so/so weeks 3 times in a row.
- more aggressive on the trade market trying to upgrade, the wait for development of many of my assets should be about over, more chances to see their value recognized in negotiations (well, we'll see) once they are contributing.
- offence was pretty much there for most of the season, time now to focuse on improving in some other specific areas too (addition of draftees like Jaskin and Larsson should help along the season)
- dressing a bigger number of established players (especially top 4 D) vs rookies by the start of playoffs

that's some work required to make the next step, which is going from giving my team a chance to advance in the playoffs to being a favourite to advance at least in the first 2 rounds.

legit breakdown, your team is scary if you are are successful adding 'bbkl' categories around the base of huge assists, points and stpts.
