It all depends on the player. If they are old(er), or have a high salary, there value can be all over the map, just depends on the way the wind is blowing I think.
Example- I advertised, and made about half the gms here a offer, in which they new picks/prospects is what I was looking for, and the most I could get for Drew Stafford was 2 2nds.

If I recall correctly, you did start off quite a bit lower...

Why would I move him for less than a late 1st or comparable value? 27 years old, 4 year 1-way deal at 1.25mil.
