Thing is I think Duch was sold at a low point. Avs avs struggling and should get out of the funk soon. Giroux is awesome but I am just saying I would not be surprised if Duch is up there with Giroux at some point in his career

Seems pretty fair to me. Got to give the nod to the side getting Giroux though. Giroux is about as good as it gets right now.

Right now being the key variable, my team isn't there relative to my division, so a retooling is in progress.

Nope. Traded for the players moving forward , not for this year, Maatta is a guy I drafted, sold just before he made the great jump, and always wanted back because I think he'll be a long time do it all top 4.

Eric staal won't be kept at wing IMO because a big, fast offensive centre is too rare.

Unless he and Jordan become sedin-esq, but what each of them does to a line is too value able IMO.
