was surveying in Red Deer a few years back and went to watch a game, up until that moment i actually wanted the leafs to draft Dumba. He was always quite overrated.

Just that too many ppl thought he was a franchise type guy that wudve started His PERMANENT nhl career right out of rookie draft yr. So I'm making a relative comparison to that. Year by year this guys fortunes have been delayed and ppl kept also delaying their opinions back saying Oh ya he will break out nxt yr and nxt yr and nxt yr and now he will inevitably be "that" guy that ppl will say Oh ya he will mature himself and be a mature breakout guy when hes like 24

I grew up just 20min south of Red Deer right around the time of Phaneuf, Cam Ward, and Aaron Asham. You wouldn't believe me but Asham was so skilled. Him and B.J. Young night after night tearing up the score sheet. I just thought he wouldn't make it because of his size. Somehow he made it as a scrapper! lol

And Phaneuf was incredible. I seen him absolutely destroy forwards with open ice hits. so fun to watch. It is too bad he suck now lol

Wardo was just solid. Not too flashy, was just always doing the right thing to make the save. I like those types of goalies.
