I'll do another review in the next week or so. This morning, I'll get the picks updated from the deals leading up to the deadline.
I'll also get a "Lottery Watch" thread up today...basically tracking what the first round order will be as our season winds down and how teams missing on GP may affect the final standings.

What date do i need to fix on my spreadsheet? this is the cell value for calculating waivers:
=IF(F2="","",IF(AND($F2>=DATE(1986,10,1), $H2<120), "Exempt",""))
What do i change it to?

I cant wait till october. That is my everyday working sheet now. Waiver eligibility is quite important. I want to fix my formulas to reflect new dates.
