I don't have everyone's e-mail address off hand, so send me a PM with it and I'll generate your spreadsheet.
When entering/copying your data into your spreadsheet try to right click and "paste without formatting" to avoid brutalizing your layout like Lee did.

I would like to do mine but I am blocked from Google Drive, but not blocked from GoogleDocs. Is there a link to the spreadsheet on Googledocs?
