I was in that camp as well. But crouse was one of Canadas top players at the WJC and is nhl ready. I did a fair bit of reading about crouse before i made this offer. Dave Tallon loves crouse and said he'd start the year on a line with bjudstad. According to 2 or 3 different scouting reports Crouse has really developed his game nicely this year. One scouting report even indicated that Crouse would go 5th if the draft was redone. So i guess we shall see.

Think you have this Crouse fellow mixed up with Kyle Connor

3. Marner
4. Provorov
5. Connor

I'd still take Strome top 5

Provorov makes everything look so easy. He very well could instantly from day 1 be the best defender the Flyer have ever had.
