Did we ever finalize expansion rules and qualifiers? Are we mirroring the NHL exactly?

The NHL I believe. It sucks about General Fanager...they even listed if the player was expansion draft exempt or not.

Example:

Julius Honka - even though he's been in the AHL for 2 years previous to this one, this is his actual first year of ELC. He was being "loaned" by his SEL team, so this is technically his first pro-season.

I don't think we have that breakdown on any other site?
