I've actually quit closer to six or seven times, why not give me an opportunity to make it 8?

MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONIt is with great sadness and regret that I must inform you of my decision to resign as General Manager of the Vancouver Canucks, effective immediately. I respect this league, and value it's members, and it is for that reason that I am electing to resign.

I re-entered this league with the intention of picking up where I left off, however, I have been unable to regain the same interest level that made me a valuable, albeit controversial member of BBKL. My decision goes beyond commitments to work and extracurricular activities, the passion that I once had for this league is gone, and I can't seem to regain it. I'm sure this must seem like a rash decision, but I assure you that that this decision was not made in haste, I have spent the better part of the past year considering resignation, but held off for fear of doing something I may regret. The truth is that I was more afraid to lose my position in BBKL than I was excited to be apart of it. It's really telling when simply logging onto BBKL feels like a chore rather than a fun past-time, and that is how it's felt for a while now. It never used to be this way, which is why my activity and productivity has fallen off a cliff. This league can do better, and it deserves better.

I understand that by resigning for the umpteenth time that I will never be granted entry back into this league, and I have taken that into strong consideration. If at all possible, I would like to remain an active member of this forum, but understand if that is not possible.

I'd also like to thank Nick personally for vouching for me this entire time, it couldn't have been easy given my non-activity. I'm sorry I couldn't have rewarded your confidence, just know that I tried too renew my passion for BBKL, I really, really tried...
