It's entirely possible that it could happen but it won't happen for very long nor will the guilty parties be involved with the league for very long.

I understand what "under the table" means but the government also understands and fraud and tax evasion are.

Disappointing NHL deadline as far as my team is concerned, no one among guys I was hoping to see moved got moved (players on my team or others..)

On my whole roster I think P.Eaves is the only player that got moved, from Stars to Ducks.
