My Aunt in Downtown Toronto, (Dundas st) bought her house for 35,000 in late 70's. She has double lot as well. She constantly has people knocking on her door to pay 1.5 mil for her lot and house. Her husband just passed away so now she is gonna clean up. Vancouver and Toronto housing markets are INSANE. Victoria as well.

Im used to the stereotype. But its not about how i appear. Ppl can judge me by its cover but i try to live legit life for my own comfort and futures and dont care what anybody thinks of me on the outside
