I assume he's trolling. I'm usually good at detecting this kind of stuff.

I know magic beans always grow to their fullest potential around here.

Schultz is coming off 51 points + other great stats after being used properly for the first time in his career.

myers was injured and had family stuff.

trolling really has lost any of its former meaning. these days, it means "anything i disagree with"

1. They are already better than Schultz.
2. Both are expansion exempt.

by what metrics are they better?

expansion exempt is the only reason I proposed the offer. it's not a deal I make after the draft.

Lee you're literally the only person who would value your two over the other two. They are not magic beans, they've made the NHL at a young age and have had a major impact on their teams. Your guys are fine players, but not the same value

I assumed it was a troll/joke because it was a terrible offer and that you couldn't be serious. You've proven me wrong so next time I'll think twice.

I can at least take something like this with some value, rather than say "lol no my players are better" without providing evidence, or out right mocking someone making an offer at the deadest point I've seen the league.

I only make terrible offers.

so you're implying that provorov and werenski are on the same level as Matthews?

They're pretty close. Provorov played 22 min/night, Werenski 23+ (on one of the deepest blue lines in the league). Both have already exceeded Schultz and Myers, and they're in their D+2 seasons.

I mean, you can't be serious LMAO at that offer. I thought it was a joke.

I find that once people make up their minds about something, they rarely change it despite evidence to the contrary so we will just save the time and chalk it up as a difference of opinion.

I'm with Lee his players are much better than Werenski + Provorov definitely not a deal he should make after the expansion draft.

Considering only 9 D had 50 or more points, it was his first time doing it and all that it takes is a freak injury to miss playing time, why would I take that bet?
