Duchene is worth more than carolina 1st and tanner kero and some random late picks. And lucic is worth more than what I offer him to you for. I was thinking you'd make the smart move and the guys who play you would have to face lucic so i offered him to you at a discount

He's worth less than the pick if it wins the lottery so there is risk both ways.
I just don't really need hits so some of Lucic's value is lost on me. It's more than a fair offer just isn't the best fit for my team and slowly trying to turn my team into one that has a deep prospect pool now that I'm happy with my roster.

There's a lot of if's that need to happen for Carolina's pick to come close to Duchene, let alone surpass him. And Tanner Kero and some late picks is hardly incentive.
