I here ya...On the bright side, I have Tanguay, so any shortcomings Iginla has Tanguay has as well...
I have a feeling I'm going to need a SO from Miller to get a W out of this week, I'm not confident in any of the periphery stats, especially with Orpik missing his start tonight.

My goal scorers aren't really hot, I've got a ton of elite goal scorers, been putting up these numbes almost everyday since the season started, regardless that is only one category. Goaltending accounts for multiple stats (GAA, Save%, W, SO).

Ugh..My team gave last night away, I had more GP than you yet I lost in nearly every category, worst of all was FOW. I had a chance to finisht that category off, but I failed, now it is up the air for you to take...Sigh.
At this point I need to pray for a Ryan Miller SO.

not to be rude, but offensive players now contribute in a similar # of categories: G, A, Pts, STPTS & SOG.
You have hot-players whether your admitting it or not, Stamkos on pace for 69goals 130pts, Getz, Stewie & Kessel on pace for rather nice years... compared to some of us who have players that are either kinda normal starting to ice cold.
However your prime net-minder has seriously let you down. I expect both to regress towards the mean (in this case the mean is their normal pace)... except for Kessel of the course... he's just getting going

Stamkos is a 50 goal scorer, Stewart and Kessel are easily capable of 40, and I don't own Getzlaf...They have performed to that level thus far, as is expected. That's not getting hot, that's performing to expectations...Getting hot would mean: Tanguay, Parenteau, Tanguay, Konopka, Schaefer and Knuble started scoring, which hasn't happened...Heck even some of my star players like: Myers, Stastny, Tavares, Pavelski (save for one game) and Kronwall have been cold.
For you state otherwise is untrue, and has no basis whatsoever. My elite players have been elite, some have been medicore, and all of my lower tier players have been brutal. Eleven goals is not an uncommon mark for my team, I think I can get a ton more in a "hot" week.

Miller sealed my fate tonight. I'm going to lose, and probably by ALOT, can't fucking believe I'm going to lose to Kyle again. Will probably have to stop posting on here to save face.

I see your Stamkos hat trick and I raise you a Rene Bourque triple as well...

Ye...This is depressing, but really it wasn't tonight that killed me, it was last night. I had my big guns playing, and Tim Thomas against the Caps, I needed to capitalize and didn't, you did, and I'm going to lose as a result of it. I'm not happy about it, but we both knew coming into it that the team with the better goaltending and +/- was going to take it, I didn't this week, but I also don't feel like the goaltending numbers you put up are sustainable, which lessens the blow a little bit.
Anyhow, good victory, you won fair and square. Hopefully I can come back strong in our second matchup, or get the final laugh in the playoffs.

matchup is far from over. I was never sure if i would like only weekly roster changes but it is really kind of cool. big decisions to make and you are at the mercy of the teams and cant sit a goalie etc...Thomas did stand on his head....that may very well be the difference. Time will tell...

Nah, you won. I lost FOW tonight, and with the number of GP remaining I won't get it back, I lost +/- by a large margin tonight, so barring a miracle I am down there as well. Ryan Miller shit the bed tonight, and the Bruins face the Rangers tommorow which should be a win, and with the amount of GP remaining you should overtake me in points, barring a terrific night from my forwards tommorow (likely, but not realistic).

All I can say is I'm happy I'm playing Detroit this week as my team's been terrible. Goalies and goal scoring isn't there. Green and Hanzal not playing doesn't help either.. the streak shall continue regardless

Oh man what a comeback by my team...Despite being down a player, facing an incredible goalie tandem, and having less games played it looks like I am going to pull out a victory by the slimmest of margins.
Be ashamed Kyle, be very ashamed.

Calling defeat and victory in the same day. Get your story straight. Pretty neat that GAA is exact same. pretty rare id say. And i didnt have Boychuk play last night. He went down with a wrist injury. I will never be ashamed of a loss or overly confident in a victory. I have some injuries to deal with myself. And i wouldn't put a check mark in the W column just yet...

I'm about to lose, the way in which you beat me is so lucky I'm choked...I can't even type it, frankly you fluked your way through this week, it's bogus. This is even worst than Nick losing by .01 sec SHTOI...I have no luck whatsoever.
