I have clarified with some people on this

When I took over, I have seen that the roster count was at "59" according to the previous owner who has made up the spread sheet. I just simply transferred them over for my new one, but have not counted one by one to confirm. Turns out I had 61 players to start with, thus I had to resort to this new prospect for pick thing.
