i think it makes no sense for me to trade giroux for buff +. essentially you get the best player and i get depth. EVEN IF you give me equal value with depth, i still strengthen your active roster. why would i want to do that? especially when i know you have the asset pool to replenish whatever you pay to me on top of buff? its a non starter for me specifically with teams like you, WSH and BOS
