You dislike sekera but think franson is the second coming of Christ... He is an offensive dman, those aren't usually top pairing guys but have value none the less.
never once did i say franson is the second coming of Christ. he will be a solid #3/4 d man.shooker wroteCOLONYou dislike sekera but think franson is the second coming of Christ... He is an offensive dman, those aren't usually top pairing guys but have value none the less.
Sekera would not make top pairing on ANY NHL team. He would not make top 2 pairings on a LOT of nhl teams as well.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONAnd how do you know this as a matter of fact?
I should have posted saying that EDM is one of the handful of teams where Sekera gets a good amount of ice time.facey wroteCOLONBarker? When was the last time u watched either guy play shiv?
Finally...The disagreement phase is over, keep it up Nicholas. I was worried, for a while there, I didn't agree with anything you said.facey wroteCOLONI think sekera is a really really good dman. He's a slick mother faker and isn't bad in his own end either.

Total or per game?SuperMario wroteCOLONthe most basic one kareem. finite ice time.
this is classic kareem. taking my point out of context. which was that sekera is a #3 or #4 d man on most nhl teams.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONIf the answer is per game, than by your criteria, the 5 best defenceman this past season were:
1. Duncan Keith
2. Dan Boyle
3. Jay Bouwmeester
4. Marc Staal
5. Drew Doughty
If the answer is total, than by your criteria, the 5 best defenceman this past season were:
1. Duncan Keith
2. Jay Bouwmeester
3. Shea Weber
4. Zdeno Chara
5. Joe Corvo
Is that correct?
just like Trotz without an Adams is. Nashville gets no love.facey wroteCOLONWeber w/o a Norris is criminal.
You're right, my mistake shiv, I apologize.SuperMario wroteCOLONthis is classic kareem. taking my point out of context. which was that sekera is a #3 or #4 d man on most nhl teams.
You said I couldn't say for certain that Sekera was NOT a top 3 d-man on most NHL teams. Hence the list.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONYou're right, my mistake shiv, I apologize.SuperMario wroteCOLONthis is classic kareem. taking my point out of context. which was that sekera is a #3 or #4 d man on most nhl teams.
Oh and one more thing, can you remind me where I labeled Sekera a top pairing defenceman? Silly me, I must have forgotten.
MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONAndrej Sekera was a top 3 defenceman on the Buffalo Sabres last season, I have no idea how he would figure on other NHL clubs, nor do you...SuperMario wroteCOLONlist teams in the nhl where Sekera would be a top 3 d-man.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONBased on what, exactly?SuperMario wroteCOLONsekera is overrated.
FTR, I gave up Grabovski initially for Andrej Sekera, so all in all this deal worked out very well for Mike.
Boring...SuperMario wroteCOLONYou said I couldn't say for certain that Sekera was NOT a top 3 d-man on most NHL teams. Hence the list.
