Re: CAR/CHI
Well, people have talked about guys like Sundin not having anyone to play with, yet he was a consistent 70-80 point performer year in and year out. Nash is a player who seems to have more physical gifts, but doesn't use it as effectively as you think he would. I also think Penner was overrated by Edmonton fans, and Versteeg never really had an opportunity in Chicago or Toronto. I would like to think he could take a step forward in Florida, but that's just me.KapG wroteCOLONChris. If you want to talk overrated players. Lets talk about Penner and Versteeg please.
As for Nash, he has had a whole bunch of NOTHING to play with while in Columbus yet he still manages to put up 65-75 points every year.
Like you said though and like I mentioned. Carolina gets depth at least.

I also did Yoga. Would still do it, but I'm lazy. It's a great way to stay limber and get the blood circulation going.Dolomite wroteCOLONYoga and hockey in every canadians blood apparently LOL
Re: CAR/CHI

Yah, it's an underrated workout IMO.
Everyone should give it a serious shot at least once in their lives if they enjoy staying fit. I use to lol @ yoga like Arian, until I started doing it in the P90X routine...I couldnt lol @ it after getting my ass kicked routinely for the first month or so, thats for sure.
Re: CAR/CHI
I did the Viniyoga style. I liked the hands-on approach - it certainly didn't hurt that my instructor was a mid-20s Polish hottie (om nom nom nom).KapG wroteCOLONI would LOVE to see you try and do an hour and a half of Yoga .Arian wroteCOLONlol yoga

Re: CAR/CHI
Chris, I think Versteeg did get a legit shot in Toronto, the guy was playing like 18-19 min a night with lots of PP time to boot. He just couldn't get it done.
Fuck man. Theres another reason why yoga's the shit! Sooooo soooooo soooooooooooooooooooooooo many hot women do it. Unfortnately for me, when I do yoga, I just get to listen to Tony Horton lol.

Yoga is a great work out. I do it all winter while I am going crazy at work and I lean right out. Unfortunately the beer and doing nothing in the summer chubs me right up again. I agree though, people that think yoga is a joke, havent tried it.
Re: CAR/CHI
All you have to do is look at elite athletes who benefit greatly from it. Tim Lincecum is a perfect example of having talent, but no prototypical size major league teams look for - so he takes yoga that helps him use the torque generating mechanics that allows him to not only hide his pitches, but gain an extra foot in his power load as he steps down and throws.
Sidney Crosby also does some yoga. Luke Schenn didn't do it until last summer. Lots of football and basketball players are doing it as well.
Yoga is a terrific exercise that targets smaller muscles not generally used in traditional weight/strength training.

Hot yoga is where its at. Cleanses you so well from all the shit you eat but the eye candy is the #1 reason.
