There is no way Plekanec goes to the KHL.

I'm almost positive my team would win that cat at the present time.

I was tops in those projections...I've since added Steve Begin, and I expect a HUGE boost in FOW from Steven Stamkos.

Nighthock wroteCOLONI think I overpaid, sure - but I want to get better sooner rather than later. Like I said, I HATE losing Ellis but whatever ... If this isn't Shiv I probably don't make this deal.
So does this mean he sweet talked you extra fine or hes your buddy and you needed to help him out ;)

Oh and btw i don't mind you getting better and wanting to compete. It seems like 90% of this league is in rebuild and will be for many many years. The picks and prospects are so over-valued in here that it is almost not worth trading good productive roster players because the return is so low. i will keep competing every year with a select few teams. Everyone else can cream over there picks and prospects that when they come time to play will just be moved for another pick or prospect ...

Washington Capitals - 3549 FOW (not including Kadri)
Pittsburgh Penguins - 4081 FOW (with 6 centers)
New Jersey Devils - 3327 FOW
Vancouver Canucks - 3628 FOW (8 centers)
Boston Bruins - 4286 FOW (7 centers)

In other words, it's fucking impossible to project who is going to lead FOW this season, but from the onset it looks like myself, shiv and mr. bruin will lead the pack.

And with a max of 5 centres next year, I definitely like Kareem's centre package.

I'd also like to add, that with Lars Eller expected to make the Blues next season, Backes chances of repeating his FOW total are EXTREMELY low, given that Eller is a stud on the dot, further dropping the Pens value in FOW.

Yea 5 centers is tough...But Marleau with 358 FOW was mostly while playing the wing or when he wasnt RW. He should get dual eligibility on positioning. Iginla with 150 or so FOW as a RW is nice. I am not worried about my center core. The combination of SHTOI along with near the lead in the league for FOW is a great combo...

R. Kesler - 772 FOW
P. Bergeron - 778 FOW
D. Krejci - 560 FOW
R. Peverly - 647 FOW
C. Kelly - 408 FOW
T. Connolly - 358 FOW
P. Marleau - 316 FOW

But yes, I agree. Kareem's center package is just nuts both on paper and for real. Mine are kind of fringe un-superstars that produce high numbers. Kinda...umm...under the radar.. :?

I genuinely believe Kadri is going to be that type of player down the road, he can score, kill penalties, win draws, and plays on the edge meaning a ton of pims. Kassian is going to have immense H2H value once he makes the jump as well.

i get 4000 + with 5 centers. weights the 6th center and he had like 50 fow. and savard was out for half the season ;). its because of backes, ott and giroux ;). but i still like washingtons centers the best.

He's far too seasoned and good defensively to keep down there long, if even at all...My bet is he forces his way onto the team in camp. The Blues desperately need centerman, especially ones who can take a draw.
