It can be logically argued that Karlsson is better than Stamkos in this league. Your offer was nothing special.

You know things are getting ridiculous when 3 elite prospect, all of which are taking regular shifts in the NHL is considered a bad offer. Sometimes I just shake my head at some of the retardedness in this league.

And to be clear.. a winner makes good trades. Sure, Karlsson is amazing, I'd be first in line to say that! What I meant was a winner sees value in a deal and what it could bring him in the next deal.. and the next deal.. and the next deal. Shiv, you of all people should understand this as you proclaim yourself to be the master of that exact strategy.

I personally wouldn't get involved with Karlsson unless for the likes of E.Malkin/Ovechkin/Crosby (HEALTHY VERSION) were talked amongst.

It is, however very funny to read Scott's continual justification as to why his offer should be taken...
