An acquaintance told me about it, having used it for a few games himself. Worked great. Sent the cash over paypal, was emailed the code within 5 minutes.

Be wary though, some games apparently come with Russian-only language so you need to replace some files. You'll also need to use a Russian VPN to activate Steam games. I can send you the app over MSN. I can only personally guarantee MW3 will work.
