Where did Grabovski go? I really hope we don't trade Gardiner for a draft pick too. We have some up and coming prospects, but right now defence is a weakness and that move would be real counter productive IMO.

I watched that last night, it hurts but knowing the season starts today, I wanted it to. Wore my Gardiner Blue to the office today (over a shirt/tie of course) - had a good laugh in starbucks at 6am - all 3 customers in the place had a jersey on, Habs/Hawks and me - we laughed.


The leafs deserved to win that game and the series, outplayed Boston in a big way, but typical of a young/inexperienced team our lows were too low - collapsed completely.

but it is promising in regards to our ability to play at a high level, dictate the pace of the game and know where are weakness were. Needed some more backbone against a game with swinging momentum.
