Yes. He's lazy.

He got cocky and decided to stop working.

I'm just glad that Schultz got away from that toxic cesspool that Is Edmonton. I'm here now and this city is disgusting. can't wait to leave in a couple hours and never return.

Chiarelli just needs to gut a lot of that young core and start over with different guys. They've been awful for too many years...they can't go forward with that exact same group. Build around McDavid and Draisaitl...they've got the least amount of loser stench on them. They've also done a poor job identifying the right kind of veterans to insulate those young players.

I have to think the Leafs will prune as much of their roster as possible for futures and play a lot of kids.

New lottery process means the percentage of them getting 1St has dropped significantly.

I really wish there is a rule unstated that you can't get like 5/6 1st overalls

I think this is so unprecedented that they've never had to create such a rule. They didn't believe a team could be this bad for this long.

30th place goes from 25% to 20%...29th place goes from 18.8% to 13.5%. 30th through 27th place's odds have decreased...26th place is where the odds have gone up from before (8.5% from 8.1%). 30th place still have 1.48 times the greater getting the #1 compared to 1.33 times in the old system.

What they've done is level out the odds with the other lottery teams but you still have strong odds if your a bottom team.

If you finish last there is a chance you could get the #6 pick. I like that.

No, you can't get lower than the 4th pick if you're 30th place. They draw for #1, #2 and #3 overall.

Oh damn, I thought it was top 5 spots (which I'd prefer). Well, I'm happy about this. It makes me more confident about my two picks next season.
