They've pushed back talks until after the funeral for Gordie. The belief is he'll sign in Russia when the Wings are able to move his cap hit. I don't think he leaves prior to that happening.

TT hasn't exactly panned out

35 points in his first full season at age 21 is pretty solid. He was just outplayed by Panarin, which is nothing to be ashamed of. Not many young players light up the league in their first full season

Benning gives up all our 2nds for meh 22 year olds. This is one I actually would have approved of.

Man I love TT and when watching him see a ton of high-end decision making. Hawks will regret this one IMO. Cap is an evil creature.
