Ya definitely some risk, I'd take Andersen over the other options and now the Leafs don't have to use the 30th or 31st pick on a goalie. I prefer Andersen over a 18 year old prospect so although a high price it's in line with what teams paid for Talbot and Lehner.

Don't have to use a pick on a goalie, but we should. Nothing special in the pipeline.

A late pick now maybe, goalies are voodoo as they say. Didn't want to take a goalie high over a F or D since there wasn't anyone special available IMO.

You think they trade a 3rd to not sign him? Murray is smarter than that. They had to have been talking to him. Unofficially of course.

AV for Andersen's five-year deal in TOR should be in the low to mid $5M range, that is $5.5M or a little less than that.

5.5 is the word from Mirtle

FLA - 6th for Yandle - 4th if he signs

5.5 for a good starter is real nice value, but he needs to be a good starter and the jury is still out.
