Given Brock hasnt signed on in nearly 3 months I'd say it's next to guaranteed Cliff gets his team, or at least to draft for him. Brockbirds wouldn't even be aware that the draft is June 1st at this point.

Yea thats a good point. If the deadlines creeping up too fast, they could push the decision back. Just let Cliff draft the team with the assumption "you will probably get this team if Brock doesn't check in soon".

Is foofnik able to trade during the draft? cuz not being able to trade seems like it would handicap him wanting to move up for a player, or back for a player he likes.

likely not since it is the draft and he has experience in this format, but he will need to have a strong advisor.
