CBS: http://bbkl.hockey.cbssports.com/teams/page/21 -> only place he can be found, in the minors, not ever placed on bench this trade happened 2 roster submissions ago.

I also posted as much in the CC, no need to act shocked ;)

note: I also made alternative suggestions in the CC, but i believe precedent and rules indicate that placing him on waivers is the punishment/correct outcome.... more then happy to be wrong...

Cannot find him being on the bench and he is in the minors.

note:
Tampa Bay Lightning were successful in there claim for Erik Ersberg from TOR
is incorrect, Ersberg should have been released as he was a UFA; claiming him was/is not at expense of waiver priority.

So this is a mistake Nick? If so have you made any other claims? I would like to remove that line and put you in your correct waiver priority.

I would like to state that I am going to follow through with NYI successful claim of David Clarkson. I do not think the 24 hrs has past but he has number 1 priority.

Also I just want to make sure that anytime a mistake is found like that there is no first come first serve. The player in question is immediately waived and therefore subject to our waiver rules.

TBH, I actually like this rule for teams that put themselves over the cap. This is what happens in the NHL. The league will waive a player at there discretion to get a team under the cap.

I think this is a crock of shit, yes it is a sloppy mistake on my behalf and i could give you all the fuckin reasons in the world why i didn't put him in, you think i would trade Pavelec and a draft pick to have clarkson go to the fuckin minors and sit there ffs, my bad for forgetting to put him in, i was really pissed when i relized and nothing i can do to change that, so on the record there has to be a better way to remedy this instead of me losing clarkson like this, its pure bullshit

Fuck! Too late to get any compensation, I guess. :x

I was kind of hoping to sneak him through waivers now instead of over the weekend.
