I went from 11 to 2 lol

Last year i missed gp by 6 games, which caused my pick to autoslide back 1 spot from 9 to 10, and the 9th spot won 3rd overall. That hurt.

Good for Kyle to hang onto the pick. Plenty of time to make decisions on what to do with Dahlin down the road. I'll be curious to see what kind of statline he puts up. If he's going to be Doughty/Hedman...he's going to command plenty in the trade market or he can be a piece for Kyle to build around.

Usually 1st overall guys get more predraft. Surprised he didnt make a block and try to get a haul.

Back when I was going to draft Ekblad, I'm probably in the same boat as Kyle...just draft the guy and let things play out. Ended up flipping him for Subban after the season.

Subban turns out a lot better than ekblad, so good move.
