you might want to reevaluate that since I am still saying that the pick should be moved before the lottery.

I agree with this....5 or 6 years now and still no complete rules thread??? That's ridiculous.

Since were on this again. And its the offseason now. I do think its an important talking point to get a full CBA hammered out. And I'm willing to assist in any way possible. Talk out any details, type things up, whatever. Anyway you guys need a hand to get that thing done, let me know.

Happy to step down if that's what the actual ask is.

If you are not willing to put in the time and effort to be an effective member of the CC, you absolutely should step down.

As for pick compensation, it depends when the pick was acquired. Please post when the pick was acquired.

The only remaining OTT pick Billy holds is his 7th, which will also be moved back one spot.
Some things that are really important should be decided by the entire gm group, not 2 or 3...imo

I think, as Nick has said, that there is a sense of entitlement from many of the members here. We're never going to be able to have majority votes of the entire GM population, many members are fairly inactive, which they are allowed to be, which drags out decisions longer than is pertinent. The constant need to plug loop holes because of the efforts of GM's such as Lee takes up the time of the CC that could be otherwise spent writing up rules, recording past decisions etc. Perhaps if guys focused their energies in positive or productive ways rather than bitching and moaning and trying to find exploits we'd be better off?

I'm not asking for the majority of members to weigh in. I'm asking the members appointed to make decisions to actually make decisions and post them in a format that is readily available.

Tell me , which loop hole am I try to use?

You tried to exploit the goalie issue, and are constantly looking for other such loop holes. The CC does make decisions and again having to come and openly debate with you every 3 days because you're throwing a tantrum isn't an effective or efficient use of anyone's time.

Have a vote, alot a time to vote, majority wins.

How hard is that?

I don't know what this has to do with the draft lottery, but alright, I'll bite.

I dressed 2 goalies despite only needing one. Mik dressed one goalie.

Fine. Khudo hadn't played any games recently. I had already made GP. At the end of the season, Khduo was playing more than Cam. I asked for the eligibility for only being able to play one goalie. None was ever given.

Darling had only played one game in the last month at the time that Mik dressed him, which is far less than Khudo had played in the last month that I had only dressed him.

I just want the rules to be fair for everyone. That is why I am still championing for the pick to move before the lottery. There's no reason for anyone not to have a shot at first overall that has a lottery pick, especially when a GM missing GP is not the fault of the owner what so ever.

...especially if the pick was traded for before the team not meeting gp makes trades afterward that contribute toward him not meeting gp ...or injuries contribute.....

In my experience, best thing i did. Enjoyed myself more and didnt feel the stress. Its good for the league to get new blood in there anyway.

Nick is an active cc member. If someone were to ever step down i Would rather the cc members who rarely seem to be present step down.

I'll step down. CC cannot be a popularity contest. It's about putting the league first and not letting how it impacts your teams or your friendly teams change your idea of what a good decision is.
