Vladimir Namestnikov is NOT claimable, although born in '92 he's 17 until November. The rules are the player needs to be 18 or turning 18 before September 15th of their draft year (he's 2ish months late).

Agreed, I've made a few speculative pickups myself, just sucks that so manykey RFA's are still unsigned, it seems to be holding up the market.
