And I was worried about Crosby and his press conference today. Kind of makes that seem irrelevant. This is a tragedy, tough offseason for the hockey world gets tougher.

There's still a survivor with grave injuries but they haven't named who yet.

The plane carrying Lokomotiv crashed only 2km from the runway; caught fire, broke off in two.

SovSport is reporting that the lone survivor (at this point) is a crew member. No news about any survivors from #Lokomotiv.

Lokomotiv official tells Sovetsky Sport "everyone from the main roster was on the plane + 4 players from the youth team."

CBC reporting that Riley Armstrong, brother of Colby, may have been with KHL team. Not known who was on board.

ITAR-TASS reports the plane collided with a beacon antenna upon takeoff, after being unable to gain safe altitude.
