This is a smaller percentage of the cap than Crosby's was when he signed.

meh, only real concern was him getting an offer sheet, which I believe is no longer a possibility after filing, so it's all good and he'll probably sign before arbitration anyway

yea it's pretty routine to file for Arbitration ... rare that they actually go through with it.
