Joey Crabb is playing his heart out and making everything out of this latest opportunity. He is playing with Kessel tonight and he has been putting up points. What is the likelihood he stays up? Who is injured and is due back to send him down? Im liking him in this league. He plays rough for a smaller guy.

Either way, he was in a crouched position, and Brown hit him with his shoulder. Also Brown came straight at him, not his fault Jovo had his head down and turned sideways for the puck. What is Brown supposed to do there? He had already committed to the play, no choice but to hit Jovo.

I guess the league saw i as blindside too. 3 games for Brown.

Yeah, I saw that earlier today, terrible ruling as far as I'm concerned. Nick brought it up earlier in the year, and I'm beginning to agree with him, this new blindside rule is doing more harm than good. It discourages good hard checks to unsuspecting victims.

No one on the Leafs showed up tonight, why is it that Kessel is getting the blame? He came the closest to scoring a legal goal tonight.

There is no such thing as having a post that can not be considered trolling when the Leafs are mentioned in any way. Even Leaf fans troll themselves when they talk about the Leafs. The troll portion was said in jest, but I completely disagree with all the hatred towards Kessel. People are hating him for not battling in the corners, and playing poor defense etc. Guess what, that's not Kessel's game, it's the equivalent of ragging on Kaberle for his inability to play physical, or Hal Gill for his lack of foot speed...

Fair enough. I just think people are fed up and when you give up what the Leafs gave up in there situation you expect an impact player. When your 1 million dollar FA signing, MacArthur leads the team and battles night in night out while the big star, defensive or not, is silent, I can understand the flak and annoyance. Top players are paid big for a reason. Come through when your needed. The same can be said about Phaneuf. I would also put a player like Semin in this category. But if Semin was put on the Leafs roster i guess he would be having the same troubles as Kessel. I guess this shows how much more impactful Kessel can be with a true play making center, that has to be the Leafs next target.

When will the fucking Flames realize its time to clean house! Flames fans must be just as pissed off as Leaf Fans. They need to REBUILD.
