Edit: Looks like I'm ahead of DET by 10 points, PHI by 14, and unsurprisingly, pulled well ahead of CAR. Right now, in 6th overall for the draft, but I have a chance for top-five as I know DET badly wants to get out and has the team capable of doing so.

The only thing to play for is to get out of the bottom 5 teams in the league. I think what this week against the Stars proved is I'm safely out of the bottom of the league. Not going to lie though...nice to get a big win after getting stomped by the elite teams. I'm basically still 45 wins from getting back in the playoffs...still a lot of room to improve. I've got a couple of matchups coming up with Vancouver and Edmonton that I can certainly hang in, if not win outright. I'd like to finish respectably and have a chance to make myself better this summer to at least be a more pesky team.
