He’s in other leagues. Check roster submission. Doesn’t look like it. I need to be on the CC

I would assume, whether he's currently on Matt's roster or not, that he would still belong to him after unretiring.

If he's not on roster submission then he'd belong to no one, if Matt kept him then he would remain his retire or not.

He didn't post it in the drop thread but Matt did drop Fisher in Fantrax on September 21. Fantrax only removes players from their database if they're retired and they're not on a roster. He's not on his "Preseason" sheet either.

Mike Fisher would be waiver draft eligible next fall (assuming he's still playing in '18-19).
