It's based on age. Based on our rules, I could slide Sam Bennett another year if I wanted but obviously I won't.

foofnik wroteCOLONCommish has to refresh the salaries. They are updated in the Fantrax system.

Source: Other leagues that did it already a few weeks ago. Takes 2 seconds but will overwrite any that were manually changed.

Do you know what the menu option is?

Commish - League Settings - Salaries and Contracts - There is a button on there to "Generate New Salaries"

Link to any one of the cap sites work to prove contract? Not sure if there is a single one we're using as a master one now without capgeek or if any legitimate one works? generalfanager, capfriendly, spotrac, etc

....people are always trying to change the rules...

But this is an easy one that makes sense. Not groundbreaking here. Just common sense
