That being said, I'm rooting hard for Mike to beat my team's stats this week. Too frustrating to know I missed a trip to the finals because Kunitz missed 2 games.

There's a difference between:

1. Not doing everything right and losing
2. Not doing everything right and getting lucky
3. Doing everything right and losing because the other team is better (which is what I would have expected vs Mike, Steve)
4. Doing everything right and getting unlucky (Kunitz missing 2 GP)

#4 = most regret. But if Mike's team just beats my team this week, much easier to live with as I do believe his team is better. But if I would've gotten lucky vs him this week and gotten to the finals, Round 1 loss is just brutal.

Oh well.

Bah the cinderella run is over. Losing Okposo all week and Korpi for his first 2 games were killers. Good week Mike, a well deserved win for you.
