Hong was fined his 1st round pick for not making goalie games played last year. That 2nd is now the last pick in the first round..

Yes and no. The NHL leaves forfeited picks in their draft recap...I've done the same. It does kinda screw up what everyone thinks is the actual pick but even with Hong's pick dropped, 30th pick is technically still the 30th pick.
