For future reference:
Do you share each document individually or to the entire league?
Folder including all docs: shared to entire league for viewing
Individual docs: shared to individual GMs with editing permissions

So, can you give me a coles notes on procedure on if i need to login into to google Drive, or what...All i have is a BOS doc that is shared to me that i edited the last tab to OFFSEASON and updated all my players. Is that a seperate version from the with editing rights to the individual? Does the individual one automatically copy to the one shared for league?

You will get an email bringing you to a new sheet. Copy columns A through G from your old document (that's Position through GP) and paste it (right click, paste special, paste values only) in the new spreadsheet. Edit values (GP updates, etc).
There is only one document for each team. The collection is a sum of all the documents.
BBKL Folder [ all have view access ]
- Boston [ all have view access, only you and I have write access ]
- Toronto [ all have view access, only I have write access ]
- etc

Where are we keeping track of our picks? I've got everyone's links to their draft picks from their current sheets that I keep track of.

I have allocated a page on the docs for picks, as we used last season.

Preview of new sheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... 1558145770
To have a contract slide set their role to Sx (x can be 1 through 20). Note that I have elected to make both eligible sliders slide. Keep their contract in there and it will be automatically subtracted from the total.

Nice, going to assume the sheet you sent is the one I'll be using? Is it OK to start editing?

please copy and paste from old document WITHOUT formatting, only values, to avoid mangling the new document.

I started a "Players" page on my last Google sheets I should be able to copy over to this new one. I use it so all I have to do is type in the players name and it gives me salary and birthdate and GP.
