Congrats buddy. I'm sure you'll feel like you have more stamina in the gym as you continue to avoid it.

Nice Kyle! Glad to hear its going well for you!

The 12 mg seems to be enough for me so far (was only 2-3 pack a week smoker). As for my flavours I so far have:

Double apple (amazing)
White freezie (haven't sipped into it yet but I tried it at thr store and it was awesome)

Just up and start it up man, you'll be happy you did in a few months.

Since the start of January I've been going 5 times a week for 2 hours each session and I'm starting to get some decent muscles. Squatted 200 pounds on my last set of squats this week when in February I was squatting like 135.

Squatted 2 plates each side (225) for 2 reps on my 5th set of squats today :).

1 @ 185
1 @ 195
1 @ 205
1 @ 215
1 @ 225

Or something like that...

All sets are 5 reps minus the 225 which was only 2 reps. I weigh about 185.

Oh....still no smokes here :). 6 weeks this Friday!

No, they are making it illegal to sell flavored tobacco including menthol. NB followed them and made same policy. It is now illegal to purchase them under the age of 19. Both NS and NB are urging for National standards in relation to E-Cig policy.

NS:

Fall 2014 Legislation
The following changes made to tobacco legislation last fall will also be effective May 31, 2015:
Under the Smoke-free Places Act, e-cigarettes and waterpipes will not be used in indoor public places or workplaces in Nova Scotia.
Under the Tobacco Access Act, vendors will have to treat e-cigarettes the same as regular cigarettes:
keep them out of view, unless the store sells only e-cigarettes and minors are not permitted entry
no point-of-sale promotion
no signage or advertising outside the store
no selling to minors (youth under 19)
no selling in pharmacies and other places where tobacco sales are prohibited
Adult Nova Scotians (19 and older) will continue to have access to e-cigarettes from most current vendors.
While e-cigarettes are being treated like regular cigarettes in retail settings, they will not be taxed as a tobacco product.

Awesome work Kyle, proud of yah buddy. Gonna be 3.5 months for me this Friday. I really miss them sometimes, especially when someone sparks a fresh one near me but it is what it is. I suspect I'll feel that way for years based on what I've heard from some ppl who haven't smoked in multiple years.

Do you use your ecig less now? I really only use it now while driving...
