You are so clueless, I am very close to posting the convo just to demonstrate what a tool you are. The reason the discussion lasted as long as it did is because you strung me along with the implication that a deal would be done if I met your demands, on several occasions you even stated that it was a done deal if I complied, only to back out last second. That is fine though, because so long as I am a general manager in this league you will never touch a player on my team, and I control most of BBKL's top end youth moving forward.

You are easily one of the worst managers to deal with in this league, and it shows in your lack of trade activity, and overall shitty lineup.

There were two instances where I said yes to you posting it, but each time i said that you could post it, you said no to the deal I proposed at the time...Not my fault you said no intially. It wasn't until I took him completely off the table that you said yes to beach. That was at the very end of our talks.

So I changed my mind 10 minutes after I said something, who the fuck cares. That might happen every now and then when you are trying to get someones fav. player. Shed more tears.

You are the only manager who uses that line of thinking...And this goes back even farther, when you demanded JJ + DET's 1st, but whatever you lost out on this deal, both in present value, and by destroying trade relations with one of the deepest teams in BBKL. Enjoy mediocrity plug.

Also, you taking Kovy "off the block" coincided with my calling you a bitch, what a coincidence...

Stop acting like this has anything to do with getting what I wanted...This is entirely dependent on you offering a deal, and then withdrawing it, as well as what I perceive to be you stringing me along for a player you never intended on dealing. Up until then I have never had a problem with you, in fact I stuck up for you, which is why this sucks total ass. I broke at every turn, and did everything you asked for, including waiting and at the end got told the offer was withdrawn. Put yourself in my shoes, can you honestly not say you would be peeved? I am still steaming tbh, I wanted Kovy bad...Would have done the deal you demanded, prolly more even, still would tbh, but the end result of the deal left a really sour taste in my mouth...I've never had that happen to me EVER.

Well, I can tell you that I was very close to pulling the trigger on the deal, but im glad I didn't. Kovy is worth more to me than what I would have gotten in the deal that you wanted to go through.


There was also no intention on my part to string you along. I have never really done that to anyone, why would I all of a sudden do that to you Kareem? I've never had a big issue with you, up until I saw the way you wanted to handle that situation. wtf was that? I'd do it again...Making an offer and then withdrawing it is a big no-no, and after looking back at our convo I am more convinced than ever in my decision.

Also you are crazy if you are more happy with Ilya Kovalchuk + David Savard than: Jack Johnson + DET 1st (Yakupov/Grigorenko) + Kyle Beach.

I dont know why you think you taking Kovy off the table had anything to do with me offering Beach...I didn't even look up to read what you wrote. To be clear, I offered Beach because I just wanted to get a deal done, and you said that adding Beach would be a done deal.

I have never met anyone who withdrew an offer they said was a done deal within 10 minutes, not even a day or multiple days. We were negotiating, I said no to DET 1st initially as well, but that didn't stop you from taking it after hours of negotiations. The whole thing just reeks of you stringing me along, you can say what you want but it's clear to me that you never had any intention of moving Kovy. No one is 50/50 on a deal for 2 hours, and then asks to add Beach to push them over the top, only to withdraw all of it less than ten minutes later.

You are also full of shit when you say you make decisions fast, that was one of the longest trade talks I have ever been involved in, but it is ok, I will never subject myself to that again.
