And I have no idea how many people we will get. Which is why I wanted to have an informal vote. But if we get 17 or 18 for example, it would be stupid not to have a discussion.

By the way, I meant 20+ for an actual change to be put in place.

When I was saying more than 50% it was because IMO when something goes to the CC they are going to discuss AND vote on it. So if theres gonna be a vote to go with the discussion then yah, there should be more than 50%.

The CC and everyone can have a discussion about this topic right here in the general forums that everyone can see. They don't need a vote to do that.

Why the rush then if it's not going to take place until next season at the earliest? Why not have this kind of discussion during the season when all of our GMs are around?

for a change to happen i'd think half + 1, so 16 guys...a majority would rule then.

that said, until that happens i doubt it's even brought up in the CC.


There are bigger issues that need to be monitored than worrying about 1 stat change, this stat wouldn't make or break a teams week. If anything it would just descrease the number if weeks teams end in a tie.

Now a bigger issue is the lack of you turds who dont' have an up-to-date roster!

We value goalies lower than almost any league in existance. Tough to make that statement.

see I disagree that these offensive forwards hold little value.

I've traded my fair share of these offensive guys with big cap hits and every single time i have done it I've gotten what I have considered to be a great return.

It's become harder lately because guys knew about the upcoming cap changes. That has more to do with the cap than it does the player themselves though.
