When I get a chance I'll give them a call. Compiling a list of questions to ask. Please add any you can think of.
- lifetime membership (after trial)
- real-time scoring?
- placeholders
- scoring cats [sub question - get rid of goalie shtoi...]
- custom scheduling?

Hi, it has still not been resolved. For example my team (Toronto Maple Leafs) currenly has 16 players while it should have 61. A specific player missing is Brad Marchand.

I think ol' Commish Pat and Tom from MySpace were roommates in college...
That's pretty insulting that you can ask a specific question to them and they give you a canned response and didn't even resolve the problem. If they brush off that last response again, tell them to fuck off and we can move on...that's terrible.

This ^
Fuck CBS if there is any other option and you can get your money back, lets just cut ties with CBS. Losing our rosters once is bad enough, twice, now that is just straight up unacceptable. I wonder how many other keepers are going through the same headaches on CBS.
Fuck you CBS.

Mike,
Do you have a specific date when your leagues rosters were last correct.

I'll say for the other CBS league I'm in...the rosters haven't flaked out (and definitely not to the extent of this) but the stats tools don't work for this league either.
It's a 16-team league with roughly 30-35 man rosters. I wonder, are they no longer able to support the size of a league like ours...and especially as this last update of theirs? We've had 30 teams all along but we're now up to having as much as 90 player rosters...can they actually handle this? Could placeholders be an issue now?
Do they have a thing on roster and team limits? If not, then that can't the problem...it's a faulty product after making an upgrade/improvement that's resulted in far more bugs and errors. It was never this bad before this. We had some weird stuff with placeholders and the transition from year-to-year would be a touch bumpy.

Patrick,
The last time our rosters were *truly* correct was at the end of last season. In the off season we lost the entirety of our rosters which were later partially restored by one of your admins. Our league has hundreds of supplemental placeholders representing players not yet input into your system as well as draft picks for our entry draft. That said, after the partial restore some of our members have been working hard to restore what was lost in the off season, inputing (again) hundreds of picks and unlisted players.
I assume you want a date to restore from. If that's the case I'll suggest Saturday, the 14th.
But moreso than restoring our rosters I'm wondering if you can explain why it's happening in the first place. The season is starting very soon and if we need to find a new host for our league I don't want to waste any more time (or money). Could you please look into the root of this issue for us?
Thank you,
Mike

Mike,
The root of the issue is that moves were made during the archiving process which resulted in the loss of rosters.
