first off, I made 2 picks in 12 hrs, so I spent 6 hrs per pick.
If we made a count of the average time I spent per pick during my years at BBKL I'm pretty confident I'd rank well (i.e. among those taking less time per pick on average).

In this case, like happened in the past, I've been waiting for GMs to open PMs. I don't feel at fault for some GMs taking a lot of time to open a PM. And some time it is no one's fault with the different time zones..

So make offers when everyone is sleeping, then wait for people to respond. I'll make sure to "make some offers" with 19. And then my 4 2nds, 2 3rds and 3 4ths.
