I don't think it would be so bad to slightly delay the draft to allow Buffalo to get a new GM. Hopefully it doesn't set us back too much. It probably should've been handled a while back when there were thoughts he was going to continue. It's not like were going to get this done before Friday anyway.

Can Phion take over CAR and I switch to BUF? I need change of scenary. I improved the team a lot since I took it over and should be easier to step in for most competent GM's since it's no longer missing starting roster spots/starting goalies/first round picks
