I'm never against improving the league.
But there is a difference btwn improving and overhauling, and it to me feels like the latter
I'm observant as fuck bro. I kno for a fact u were one of the leaders engaging in number of random free agency pickups during last season. Thats just how u run ur roster.
Not to say it is for that very reason only, that u wanna change shit regarding Waiver pick up but cmon bro it stenches of obvious desire for ur effort to change this particular shit directly proportional to ur level of activity in that very field in general to maximize ur own results to be able to utilize the system as well as wanting to improve the league function.
Ppl like me don't give a fuck about free agency pickup maybe make one or two a year at most. Can't u see a lot of us honestly don't see the need for drastic Waiver policy changes? . How's that for
common ground consensus.
Kimmer, you're such a fucking plug. How am i overhauling anything? Rather than posting everything on a page and allowing people to poach (granted something that rarely happens, and right now only happens with guys clearing waivers), I suggest a fair process to the GMs who go out of their way to do research on unsigned players, primarily during the waiver draft. Further, regulating the 24 hour period properly gives everyone a fair chance at signing players. And again, this would mimic the NHL more, which we are clearly trying to do as best we can.
The only reason I was keen on free agents was because, 1) Shiv left me with nobody in the minors, so why the fuck not take the chance and 2) I didn't have any draft picks in the future. And it turned out a handful of the guys I picked up played and were useful in trades later in the season. I.e. I improved my team which is what most people try to do. Maybe you should try and take some tips from the new guys, as you've mentioned, you've been here for 5 years and continue to be in the bottom 5.
If you can explain how this process would maximize my "results" I'd love to hear it, haha.
Gosh - so much anger and stupidity in that little asian body of yours.
