Either way I like Howard + stolarz + forsberg better than Elliot now.

Won't lie until about a month ago I thought he was like 32. STL has so many guys with names like that in their 30s, so I understand what threw me off.

my neutral thoughts:

first: im a stats guy but not a corsi guy
elliot never really played more than 50g per season.. his stats are no where consistent.. his best season was with a very good blues team 5 years ago (then he fell back to earth)..
there is no reason for me to believe he will be a starter in an nhl team next season (even if he starts he may end up being back up after half of the season)

i would actually switch two of my picks:

Forsberg instead of Smith from Winning.

Because of the three goalie rule i would then take Orlov over Markstrom from Montreal.

I believe markstrom may be the goalie with the best chance at being a starter (possibly howard). Not so sure Vancouver re-signs a 37 year old Ryan Miller.
